Is Cyber Clean® safe to use?
Cyber Clean® has been tested by independent research institutions both in terms of safety as well as efficiency. Each Cyber Clean® product has been designed for a specific use and is perfectly safe for the corresponding surface. It leaves no residues and is therefore safe to use also on sensitive surfaces such as electronics, computers and USB ports. Cyber Clean® consist mainly of natural ingredients and is safe also for your skin. Click here to download test reports. What are the environmental impacts of Cyber Clean®?
The Cyber Clean® cleaning compound consists mainly of natural ingredients such as water, ethanol and guar gum. It is biodegradable and the compound can be used several times, making it an environmentally conscious choice for your cleaning needs. Read more about the ingredients of Cyber Clean®.
I suffer from allergies and my skin is easily irritated. Can I still use Cyber Clean®?
Cyber Clean® Hypoallergenic has been developed for people suffering from allergies and has passed a TÜV accredited test. It does not contain any colorants or odorants.
How do you use Cyber Clean® correctly?
Cyber Clean® is very easy to use. Remove the compound from its packaging and knead it for about 10 seconds. This allows the compound to adapt to the pH value of your skin. Use only with dry hands. Then place the compound on to the surface you wish to clean and press firmly to allow Cyber Clean® to enter into all gaps and crevasses. Pull the compound out and fold the compound to trap dirt and bacteria inside the membrane system. Repeat cleaning action if necessary. For full instructions, please visit our Products pages. How do I know when the Cyber Clean® compound has to be replaced? How many times can I use it?
Cyber Clean® can be used several times, depending on the amount of dirt absorbed. When the compound changes color (see color indicator on the packaging), it is time to replace it.

Does Cyber Clean® eliminate germs?

Can Cyber Clean® be used to remove stains?
No. Cyber Clean® is specifically meant to remove bacteria and dirt from difficult to reach places and is not designed to remove stains. For removing stains on computer screens, touch screens and smart phones, we recommend you use the Cyber Clean® Screen Cleaning Solutions product line.
How should I store Cyber Clean®?
After use, place the Cyber Clean® compound back into its resealable packaging and close it carefully to ensure the compound remains fresh. Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
